Shipping & Returns


Items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. All shipping rates are flat rates and include insurance.  Items over $300 will require a signature.  We can only ship within the continental U.S. and can only ship to the billing address on the credit card.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  And unlike most resellers of pre-loved luxury who have a "no return" policy; we actually do accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The item you ordered was not representative of the item pictured and/or photographs. We strive to accurately describe our items the best we can and we also believe you will be pleasantly surprised when you do receive your item because the photos show more "flaws" than our eye can see.  However, if you are disappointed in any way, you may return your item for a full refund less a restocking fee of 5%. Please contact us via email at relicstorhinestones@gmail or call us at 804.668.7373 if you need to make a return.  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE OUR SECURITY TAG ATTACHED TO THE ITEM in order to receive a refund and shipped back to us within 21 days of receiving the item.

2.  We guarantee the items we sell are 100% authentic and offer a money back guarantee should they be otherwise.  Returns are only accepted in this situation if certain conditions are met and the process is as follows:

1) To return the item, the security tag must be fully intact to it.  Returns must be made within 21 business days of receiving the item. No exceptions.

2) Obtain a letter of exception from the brand which should detail why the item is not authentic. The letter should include the serial number if applicable and photos. Being an Entrupy certified retailer; the accuracy rate for our authentication certification is 99.1% and the ONLY other alternative to authenticating the item would be the actual brand (not a third party service, not your mother, not your sister or friend who may have previously worked for one of the luxury brands).
