Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days the order is placed. Custom orders will take longer and approximate ship times are stated within the item details.
On rare occasions; you may receive multiple packages for one order. This mostly applies if your order contains an in-stock item in addition to a custom order or if an item is shipping from a different warehouse. Our flat rate shipping fees still apply per order, not per shipment.
Flat rate shipping rates apply only to the 48 contiguous US states. Our check-out cart does not accept orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any International location. Please call us directly for shipping quotes to these locations.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $75* in addition to free in-store pick up. Flat rate shipping on all other orders as follows:

*Please note that some bulky items, due to size and/or weight are not available to ship and only offered for in-store pick up. Any items that are not shippable will be noted in the item description. Above shipping rates apply only to the 48 contiguous US states.
If you wish to pick-up your order at our shop, enter code "PICKUP" in the discount field when checking out; this will delete any automated shipping charges added to your cart. We ask that all orders be picked up within 7 days.
We want you to be thrilled with any item you purchase from our shop while maintaining our competitive price points.
In-store purchases: Full refund for any item returned by the close of the next business day. Items returned must be unworn, unused, tags intact and in the same condition as it left the store. After that, exchanges or store credit only up to 7 days after purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. Sale items are always a final sale (no refunds or exchanges).
On-line purchases: Refunds given on purchase price only, provided item is returned to us at customer expense within 7 days of receiving shipment. Item must be returned unused, unworn, all tags intact and in the same condition as customer received it. We inspect every item shipped to ensure there are no defects or damages. Any item a customer receives damaged will have happened during transit and we will make a claim with the carrier on customer's behalf for a full refund of purchase price and shipping charges.
We cannot credit any orders not received for which a delivery confirmation was provided by the shipping company. Please note that neither Relics to Rhinestones or our third party shipping companies can be responsible for any stolen packages.
